WHERE THE WILD THINGS ARE
Wow! I am impressed. I just played through the first part of the Wii-version of “Where The Wild Things Are” and the whole vibe and looks are great. It really is something else!
The game is based on the movie, which is now a smash-hit in USA-cinema’s, which in it’s turn is based on a very popular book-series. I had never heard of the whole thing, and thought the movie would be a childish family-film. But I am guessing that I’m totally wrong. This could be the most beautiful film of the year. The world and characters all have their own unique looks like we have never seen. And the whole world makes you feel like you’re floating on a nice fluffy fairytale-cloud. This is the rare moment when a movie game, which usually are bad, makes me VERY curious about the movie, and which shows that there can be good movie games. But, before jumping to conclusion, I am gonna play the game a whole lot more. Because the game is one big invite to a beautiful fairytale.
